iScent Returns Policy

All goods are dispatched in perfect condition.  If you are in any way unsatisfied with your order, contact us within 24 hours of receipt of goods at enquiries@iscent.com.au.  Please state the following:

• Name
• Address
• Email Address
• Phone Number
• Order Number
• Reason for return of goods

All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging material.  Unless otherwise agreed, items must be returned fully registered and insured by a carrier nominated by iScent.

iScent reserves the right to reject any claim for replacement or refund if the goods returned have been damaged, or where the customer has made a purchase in error.  Once you receive confirmation of purchase, we are unable to modify or cancel your order.  If you have any queries, please contact us at enquiries@iscent.com.au.
