Reason for return of goods
All returned items must be unopened, unused, and in the original packaging material. Unless otherwise agreed, items must be returned fully registered and insured by a carrier nominated by iScent.
iScent reserves the right to reject any claim for replacement or refund if the goods returned have been damaged, or where the customer has made a purchase in error.
