iScent Shipping and Delivery

Flat rate delivery charge only $5 to anywhere in Australia.

Free delivery for orders over $150. 

Our fragrances are shipped under contract and in accordance with the dangerous goods legislation, using special arrangements and labelling to ensure regulations surrounding flammable liquids are adhered to.

iScent now uses Australia Post eParcel delivery service. We recommend a delivery address where someone is available during the day, such as a business address, to ensure someone can sign on receipt of the order.  In cases where no one is available to receive the delivery, items may be left at the premises, provided we are advised of arrangements when order is completed. Alternatively, a card will be left at premises and orders will need to be collected from a specific Australia Post outlet.  We do not allow pickup of items.  All our goods are shipped in protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

We offer free shipping for orders over $150.  For any order under $150, the charge is a flat rate of $5 to anywhere in Australia.  We only deliver to addresses within Australia.

Once your order is confirmed, you can expect to receive delivery within 1 – 9 business days, depending on location.

iScent will not be responsible for any delay in delivery of goods as a result of being supplied an incorrect address, no one available to receive goods at the specified address, stock availability, or other events out of our control.  iScent shall not be liable for any delay or additional expenses incurred from any such event.
