Our fragrances are shipped under contract and in accordance with the dangerous goods legislation, using special arrangements and labelling to ensure regulations surrounding flammable liquids are adhered to.
iScent uses a courier service where all items are sent registered. Orders can only be delivered to a physical address, not to a post box. We recommend a delivery address where someone is available during the day, such as your work address, to ensure someone can sign on receipt of the order. In cases where no one is available to receive the delivery, items may be left at the premises if deemed safe to do so. We do not allow pickup of items. All our goods are shipped in protective packaging to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
We offer free shipping for orders over $150. For any order under $150, the charge is a flat rate of $5 to anywhere in Australia. We only deliver to addresses within Australia.
Once your order is confirmed, you can expect to receive delivery within 1 – 9 business days, depending on location.
